Demonterius Dorsey, Ed.D

Dr. Dorsey brings nearly a decade of dedicated educational experience to his leadership roles, having served as both a teacher and administrator in Dallas ISD and as a principal in Winona ISD. Throughout his administrative tenure in Dallas ISD, Mr. Dorsey led with a relentless commitment to equity, instructional excellence, and student success. Notably, he played a key role in driving school improvement initiatives like the ACE program, successfully elevating his campus rating from a D to a B. He possesses deep expertise in campus leadership, instructional coaching, data-driven instruction, and systems building.

Mr. Dorsey holds a Bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Texas A&M University-Commerce. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Educational Leadership.
