As an Assistant Principal, Demonterius consistently demonstrated a student-centered approach to leadership. He possesses an outstanding ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families while maintaining high expectations for teaching, learning, and school culture. He approaches challenges with professionalism, thoughtful decision-making, and a collaborative spirit that earns the respect of those around him.
