I am excited to apply for the Middle School Principal position with Dallas ISD. As a current elementary principal and former Dallas ISD assistant principal and classroom teacher, I am passionate about leading schools that promote academic excellence, positive school culture, and equitable outcomes for all students. 

Throughout my leadership career, I have focused on improving student achievement through data-driven instruction, teacher development, and strong systems of support. As a principal, I have led campus improvement efforts, facilitated Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), implemented MTSS frameworks, and strengthened family and community engagement. My previous experience in Dallas ISD provided me with a deep understanding of the district’s commitment to student success and continuous improvement. 

My leadership philosophy is grounded in collaboration, accountability, and servant leadership. I believe that effective principals empower teachers, build meaningful relationships with stakeholders, and create a culture where students are challenged, supported, and inspired to succeed. I am confident that my experience leading instructional improvement and fostering a positive campus environment aligns with the goals of Dallas ISD and the needs of a middle school community.
